House Rules
1. A signed Rental Agreement is required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
2. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
3. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children aged 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
4. Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM.
5. Our Home is Non-Smoking. This includes vaping and cannabis. If there is evidence of smoking, vaping, or cannabis inside the house, a $500 cleaning fee will be applied. Smoking is limited to outside the house only. Please remove all ashes and butts prior to departure.
6. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee PER PET plus tax applies.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes will be subject to a $100 Cancellation/Change fee.
A minimum Thirty (30) day written notice is required for cancellation- via email, or US Mail. Cancellations received prior to 30 days before check-in will be refunded in full, except for a $100 Cancellation Fee.
Reservation Deposits, advance payments, and any monies paid towards your stay WILL NOT be refunded on cancellations made less than thirty (30) days in advance of your check in date.
If you have not opted for a vacation rental insurance policy, please be advised, our cancellation policy does not provide refunds for any reason, including unforeseen developments such as illness, or any events that can affect your trip, within thirty (30) days of your arrival date. No exceptions.
CANCELLATION OR EARLY DEPARTURE DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER DOES NOT WARRANT ANY REFUND OF RENT OR DEPOSIT. IN THE EVENT THAT A HURRICANE OR EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS OCCUR, AND THE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ISSUES A MANDATORY EVACUATION NOTICE, WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND THAT WILL BE PRORATED, BASED UPON THE DAY OF YOUR DEPARTURE.
Parking and Beach Access
Parking is available for five vehicles in the driveway (trailer counts as a vehicle).
Bayside access right out back door.
Gulf side access 0.2 miles from driveway. Go east to Sehoy and take Sehoy to Gulf Beach.
2 Parking Passes for the SEHOY beach access will be provided.
Parking at the PUBLIC BEACHES is via kiosks located at the beach parking lots. Guests parking at the public beaches must scan the QR Code or TEXT to pay for the public beach parking.
Garbage Collection Instructions
Pelican Watch is serviced by American Waste.
Trash collections are Wednesdays and Saturdays between 6 am and 5 pm. Pelican Watch collection is typically in the early morning.
Please take the garbage can to the street on Tuesday and Friday night.
After the trash has been collected, please return the garbage can to the house and place against the South wall.

Departure Instructions
1. Please depart by 10 AM on the last day of your stay unless other arrangements have been made prior to your arrival. Please notify us of early departures.
2. Start a load of towels in the washer. Strip the beds and place all used sheets in the laundry room. If there is time, please start the towels in the dryer.
3. Collect trash from the kitchen and bathrooms, and from around the outside of the house, and place in the large garbage can under the house. Please pull the garbage can to the street.
4. Load and start the dishwasher.
5. Put all beach items back in their original location.
6. Make sure you have all your belongings! ($20 service fee + shipping for returns)
7. The door code will automatically be disabled at your checkout time, so be sure to have everything out!
